Q. Why am I unable to process my payment?
Please check if below addresses are correct
1. Email address same as Paypal registered email
2. Shipping address / postal code are correctly filled.

Q. How do you ship my order?
For all shipments, delivery is by SpeedPost by Hong Kong Post.

Q. How long does it take to ship the item after I ordered?
All orders are shipped within 14 business days on weekdays. We are closed weekends, and HK Holidays.

Q. Can I track my order?
Yes, we will send you a tracking number.

Q. Can you ship my order to PO Box?
All orders ship with SpeedPost by Hong Kong Post does not deliver to P.O. Boxes.

Q. How long does it takes to get my order?
(HK Domestic)
2 to 14 business days
(Out of Hong Kong region)
2 to 14 business days

Q. How much the cost if I order multiple items?
It depends on weight and size of items, please add items to shopping cart and you can see the shipping cost.

Q. I found some defect of my order. Can I exchange?
Yes, you can exchange your defective order for free. Please email us about the detail.

Q. Do you have a size chart?
Yes, please check each item description.

Q. Can we change size?
Unfortunately, no. Check the item description carefully before placing order. If you are still not sure your size, please contact us customers@punkhippie.com

Q. I really want to buy an item which is an “Out Of Stock Item”. Can I buy it in the future?
Please click “Out Of Stock Request Form” and fill out the page. We will email you when we have that item in stock.

Q. Where is my order confirmation?
As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation to the email address you entered on your order. If for some reason, you did not receive an email, please check your spam folder.

Q. Will I have to pay Taxes & Duties?
If you order from area outside of Hong Kong, upon parcel arrival; the contents of your order may likely be subject to custom fees (tax, duties, processing fees, broker fees, etc.). These customs fees are liable to the person of receiving these goods. XPX will not take any responsibility of custom fees. Refund is not available for customs reasons.
